Internal Family Systems is a Western healing approach that begins with the premise that we, each of us, have what we need to heal. By bringing the different parts of ourselves into productive and healing relationship, we achieve therapeutic outcomes.I have completed through Level 2 IFS training and offer to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and healing in concert with or separate from any sangoma work I may be doing with you.My training includes:
- Instructing Thokoza sangoma
- IFS Level 1 & 2
- Frequent instructional staff for IFS Level 1 & Level 2 trainingsI practice IFS with an Indigenous and QTBIPOC lens which is pro-Black and inclusive of neurodiversity. If you are connected or reconnecting to Land and Waters, are African or part of the African diaspora, or are a member of any of my communities, I welcome you to consider working with me to nourish right relationship with yourself and others. Sessions are 50 minutes but please budget 1 full hour. $185 per session. Sliding scale.
